Where does MSM come from?

MSM is a naturally occurring sulfur compound found in our bodies as well as in many common beverages and foods, including milk and green vegetables. MSM can also be found in rain water.1 The levels of MSM in these sources is very small, causing the need for MSM in dietary supplements to be manufactured.
